Reservation:

Please make your reservation as early as possible as spaces on Soulfit adventure retreats are limited. Flights and seats to some destinations can also be limited and fill up fast. It is necessary for you to complete this form in order to proceed with your booking. Participation in a tour is not valid unless a booking form is submitted. After receipt of a completed booking form we will place a tentative booking for you for 7 days. Before submitting the form, please read the Soulfit Adventures Terms & Conditions. Payment of your deposit equates to agreeing to the booking conditions. Should you require further clarifications of any of the conditions, we encourage you to contact us.

 

Payment:

To secure a reservation a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total retreat/trip cost is required within 7 working days to secure your booking. The balance of the retreat/trip cost must be paid in full 90 days before the departure date with fees for single supplement(s). Payment plans are available. When a booking is made within 60 days before departure, a reservation is secured upon receipt of the total tour cost. Reservations made by private groups and agents are also subject to these conditions.
